Let’s put links to Oregon fishing related sites and blogs instead of those links to some geeky stuff.
Log in, click the “Manage” link, then click the “Links” link. You will see a list of links. Let’s click the first one - “Development Blog”. Change name and address and click the “Save” button.
What your post about your great fishing trip worth without a prove? Not much. So let’s learn how to add images in your posts to prove your words.
To add an image you want to use the “Add an Image” button.
Let’s make the first post in your blog. Actually there is already the “Hello world!” post in your blog, but you didn’t post it, it was already there, and you are going to delete it as soon as you learn how to delete posts. So let’s log in & start blogging.
To write a post click the “Write” link. Pretty easy so far.
Type a title in the “title” field, a post in the “Post” field and hit the “Publish” button.
Congratulations! Your first post is published and you are officially a blogger now.
There is a “Save” button next to the “Publish” button. You can always save your unfinished work without publishing it, and publish it later when it’s finished.
Deleting or editing a post
Click the “Manage” link. You will see a list of your posts.
Deleting a post is as easy as checking the box next to the title of a post you want to delete and clicking the “Delete” button. Let’s try it in action and delete the “Hello World!” post. Bye bye “Hello world!’.
To edit a post click the post title, edit the post and click the save button.
